SHIPPING

Guaritel gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Guaritel may change the shipping carrier without any notice or liability. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipper if there is any problem with the delivery of the package. All packages might be subject to opening and inspection at the discretion of customs authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customsclearance and comply with local laws. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. The price includes all costs associated with the product, like shipping, insurance, and duties, unless it is otherwise specified by Guaritel when purchasing a product.

RETURNS

Guaritel, Inc. accepts returns under the following circumstances:

The customer has 15 days; starting from the day they receive their product, to return a product. After the 15 days have passed, the manufacturer’s warranty will come into effect. All shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund will be given once we have checked that the product is in the condition in which it was originally sent.

According to law and customs, we will not accept the return of products that can be copied, products that are personalized, or products that have to be manipulated for their installation (internal PC components). Also, we will not accept any returns if the original packaging, components, manual, warranties, etc., are not present or in perfect condition.

A refund, which meets all the specifications of Guaritel, Inc., will be given once we have received and checked that the product is in its original condition and contains all the original packaging and components. Guaritel, Inc. reserves the right to refund a lower amount than the price of the product, in case there is any damage to the packaging, the product, or its components.

All returns must be authorized by Guaritel, Inc. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.
